However, we do appreciate that this is not always convenient for everyone and therefore that is why we offer the opportunity to purchase fish on the internet. As a Koi outlet that has operated for over thirty years we are very experienced in bagging up fish. We would never over crowd the boxes. We only charge a one flat rate fee for any shipment and if we feel it is necessary we may use numerous boxes.

Fish are bagged in heavy gauge fish bags with optimal oxygen content and then placed in heavy duty cardboard boxes. We use the same shipping methods as when they arrive from Japan or Israel. As to reduce the amount of time the fish are in the bags they are packaged no more than an hour before leaving our premises and the only service we offer is a next day before 12.00 noon service. Whilst we are bagging the fish we will give them a though health check and photograph them. If there are any issues with them, we will not ship. The safety and welfare of our fish is always our priority.

Customer must be at delivery address to accept the fish and we would ask customer to contact us immediately if they are unhappy with the condition of the fish when they arrive. This must be done with the first three hours of arrival.
